The OSHP Board of Directors and Awards Committees, made up of past recipients, will review all nominations and the Awards will be presented at the OSHP Annual Seminar.
OSHP Awards
Nominations for the awards below will open in November, close in February, and recipients will be recognized at the OSHP Annual Seminar in April.
Fellow of OSHP (FOSHP)
Nominations for the FOSHP will open in August, close in September, and recipients will be recognized at the OSHP Fall Seminar in November.
The FOSHP Recognition Program serves to foster and reward excellence in hospital and health-system pharmacy and to grant recognition and promote public awareness of pharmacists who have distinguished themselves within OSHP. Fellowship in the OSHP is granted on an annual basis at the Fall Seminar. Individuals granted this honor are those who have supported the profession as evidenced by a record of consistent and active involvement and leadership in OSHP.
